Develop and maintain databases for efficient storage and retrieval of data.
Analyze and interpret complex healthcare data to identify trends and patterns.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide customized solutions.
Implement data cleaning and validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
Generate reports and visualizations to effectively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis and informatics.
Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
Train and educate staff on data management and analytics best practices.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Participate in meetings and presentations to share findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve any data-related issues.
Implement data quality control measures to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and projects.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Informatics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In Sql And Data Manipulation Tools Such As Python, R, Or Sas.
Strong Understanding Of Statistics And Data Visualization Techniques.
Experience With Electronic Health Records And Healthcare Data Systems, Such As Epic Or Cerner.
