Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administrative leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
Medical Degree: A Physician Advisor At Baptist Health South Florida Must Have A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Active Medical License: Candidates For The Physician Advisor Position Must Have A Current And Unrestricted Medical License In The State Of Florida.
Board Certification: Baptist Health South Florida Requires Physician Advisors To Be Board Certified In A Clinical Specialty Recognized By The American Board Of Medical Specialties (Abms).
Clinical Experience: A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience Is Required For The Physician Advisor Role. This Experience Should Be In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Administrative Role.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations: Baptist Health South Florida Seeks Candidates With A Thorough Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines, As Well As Knowledge Of Managed Care And Reimbursement Systems.
