Provide compassionate and skilled care to patients in the Med/Surg Tele unit.
Utilize clinical expertise to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized patient care plans.
Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Is Required For A Registered Nurse Position At Baptist Health South Florida. This Degree Ensures That The Nurse Has A Solid Foundation In Nursing Principles And Techniques.
Current Rn License: A Valid And Current Registered Nurse License From The State Of Florida Is A Must-Have Qualification For This Job. This Ensures That The Nurse Is Legally Authorized To Practice Nursing In The State.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience: Baptist Health South Florida Prefers Candidates With At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Med/Surg Tele Setting. This Experience Demonstrates The Nurse’s Ability To Handle A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.
Bls And Acls Certification: Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) Certifications Are Required For This Position. These Certifications Ensure That The Nurse Is Trained In Life-Saving Techniques And Can Respond To Emergencies Effectively.
