Conduct and coordinate clinical research trials in accordance with ethical principles, GCP guidelines, and relevant regulations.
Collaborate with physicians and researchers to develop and implement research protocols.
Recruit and screen eligible patients for participation in clinical trials.
Administer study treatments and collect and record data accurately and efficiently.
Monitor patient safety and report any adverse events or protocol deviations.
Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all research activities.
Communicate effectively with study participants, healthcare team members, and regulatory authorities.
Participate in the development and review of research protocols, informed consent forms, and other study-related documents.
Keep up-to-date with advances in medical research and participate in ongoing training and education.
Adhere to all institutional policies and procedures related to research activities.
Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and research data.
Assist with data analysis and preparation of study results for publication.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance research processes.
Serve as a resource for other healthcare professionals on research-related matters.
Foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning within the research team.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Research Nurse At Mcvi Research Is Required To Have A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That The Nurse Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Knowledge And Skills.
Rn Licensure: A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License Is Essential For This Position. This License Ensures That The Nurse Has Met The Required Standards Of Education And Competency To Practice As A Nurse.
Clinical Research Experience: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have Prior Experience In Clinical Research. This Includes Knowledge Of Research Methodologies, Data Collection And Analysis, And Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements.
