Perform invasive radiology procedures, including but not limited to angiograms, biopsies, and drainages, in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures by following established protocols and providing appropriate patient care.
Operate and maintain radiology equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including procedure documentation and patient history.
Educate and inform patients about procedures, potential risks, and aftercare instructions.
Keep abreast of new developments and advancements in the field of radiology to improve skills and knowledge.
Maintain inventory and order necessary supplies for the radiology department.
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
Demonstrate a compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and their families.
Attend training and educational sessions to stay current on the latest techniques and technologies.
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Uphold the mission, values, and standards of Baptist Health South Florida in all job duties.

Job Qualifications
Associate’s Degree In Radiologic Technology From An Accredited Program.
Arrt Certification In Radiography And/Or Advanced Certification In Invasive Procedures.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In Interventional Radiology Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Sterile Techniques And Infection Control Practices.
Strong Communication And Patient Care Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced, High-Stress Environment.
