Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn): A Bsn Is The Minimum Educational Requirement For A Registered Nurse-Sub-Specialty/Procedural Or Job At Baptist Health South Florida. This Degree Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory, Research, And Practice, Preparing Nurses To Deliver High-Quality Patient Care In A Specialized Setting.
Valid Registered Nurse (Rn) License: All Applicants Must Have A Current And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of Florida. This License Ensures That Nurses Have Met The State’s Education And Competency Requirements, And Are Authorized To Practice Nursing In Florida.
Certification In Sub-Specialty/Procedural Area: Baptist Health South Florida Requires That All Registered Nurse-Sub-Specialty/Procedural Or Candidates Hold A National Certification In Their Area Of Specialization. This Certification Demonstrates A Nurse’s Advanced Knowledge And Skills In A Specific Area Of Practice, Ensuring The Highest Level Of Patient Care.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience: To Be Considered For A Registered Nurse-Sub-Specialty/Procedural Or Position, Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Recent Clinical Experience In Their Area Of Specialization. This Experience Helps Nurses Develop The Necessary Skills And Expertise To Perform Complex Procedures And Provide Specialized Care To Patients.
