Develop and implement strategies to optimize ocean freight operations for the HWA division.
Identify and negotiate contracts with carriers to achieve cost savings and improve service levels.
Manage and oversee the entire ocean freight supply chain, from sourcing to delivery.
Lead a team of sourcing professionals to execute strategic plans and achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with business goals.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service level expectations.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers, vendors, and internal departments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of ocean freight operations.
Stay current with industry best practices and implement new approaches to optimize sourcing processes.
Develop and manage department budget and track cost savings achieved through sourcing strategies.
Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and cohesive sourcing team.
Represent Honeywell in external industry events and conferences to promote the company’s reputation and brand.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sourcing activities.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sourcing performance and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing, Preferably In The Ocean Freight Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sourcing Professionals.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating And Managing Contracts With Suppliers.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Shipping Regulations, Market Trends, And Best Practices In Ocean Freight Procurement.
