Oversee and manage all maintenance and repair operations for Honeywell’s facilities.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for repairs.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any potential issues and address them in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize disruption to operations.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in maintenance techniques and technologies.
Communicate with upper management to provide updates on maintenance activities and make recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
Foster a culture of safety and quality by promoting best practices and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Act as a point of contact for any maintenance-related emergencies and provide timely solutions.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Maintenance And Operations Management In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Mechanical, Electrical, And Hvac Systems.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With A Focus On Cost-Effective And Efficient Solutions.
