Lead and manage the research and development (R&D) team to ensure timely and successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
Develop and implement R&D strategies and plans that align with overall business goals and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within the R&D department to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Identify and evaluate new technologies and trends to inform decision-making and drive product development.
Foster a culture of collaboration and cross-functional teamwork to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Manage the R&D budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization.
Supervise and mentor R&D staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies throughout the R&D process.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to enhance R&D capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.
Present progress updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Maintain strong relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and research institutions, to leverage their expertise and resources.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In R&D, Preferably In A Technology Or Engineering Company.
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Engineering, Science, Or Technology. Advanced Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Complex R&D Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of R&D Professionals.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Latest Technologies And Trends In The Industry, With A Focus On Innovation And Driving Continuous Improvement.
