Develop and execute strategic plans for the Industrial Automation product portfolio to drive growth and profitability.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and industry trends, and use this information to develop product strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product support.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch to end-of-life, ensuring product quality, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Define product positioning, pricing, and distribution strategies to effectively reach target markets.
Monitor and analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve product offerings.
Stay updated on industry developments and competitors’ products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
Represent the company and the IA division at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote products and build brand awareness.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Product Management Experience: A Sr Product Manager At Honeywell Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management Roles, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Complex Industrial Automation Products.
Strong Technical Background: A Sr Product Manager Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Industrial Automation, With A Deep Understanding Of Various Automation Systems, Technologies, And Industry Standards. This Includes Knowledge Of Plcs, Scada Systems, Dcs, And Other Automation Technologies.
Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Product Development And Strategy. They Should Also Have Experience Managing And Mentoring Junior Product Managers.
Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: A Sr Product Manager Should Have A Strategic Mindset And A Strong Business Acumen. They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Identify Customer Needs, And Develop Product Strategies That Drive Business Growth.
