Design and develop data architecture solutions to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data architecture requirements.
Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data flow diagrams.
Identify and recommend new technologies and techniques to improve data architecture and integration processes.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Lead the implementation of data architecture solutions, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data marts.
Conduct data analysis to identify data quality issues and propose solutions.
Develop data integration processes to enable data sharing across various systems and applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot data architecture systems to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior data architects and other team members.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and integration.
Participate in project planning and provide input on data architecture requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data governance policies and procedures.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on data architecture and provide guidance to business leaders and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Data Architecture And Integration, With A Minimum Of 10 Years In A Senior Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Various Data Management Technologies, Including Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (Iics), Sql, Etl Tools, And Data Warehousing.
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Complex Data Architectures That Meet Business Requirements And Align With Industry Best Practices.
Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Data Architects And Developers, Providing Technical Guidance And Support Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
