Identify and investigate fraudulent or abusive behavior on the Tinder platform.
Monitor and review user activity and content to ensure compliance with company guidelines and values.
Develop and implement strategies to prevent and address abusive behavior and content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and update anti-abuse measures.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online safety and abuse prevention.
Utilize data and analytics to identify patterns and trends in abusive behavior.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to report findings and propose solutions.
Take swift and appropriate action against abusive accounts and content, including issuing warnings, suspending accounts, and removing content.
Provide guidance and support to other team members on anti-abuse measures and procedures.
Represent the company’s commitment to creating a safe and positive online community through public speaking and participation in industry events.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information and investigations.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the effectiveness of anti-abuse measures.
Act as a subject matter expert and resource for all anti-abuse related matters.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and policies related to anti-abuse measures.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Knowledge Of Online Abuse And Harassment: A Sr. Anti Abuse Analyst At Tinder Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Various Forms Of Online Abuse And Harassment, Including Catfishing, Cyberstalking, And Hate Speech. They Should Also Be Familiar With Relevant Laws And Regulations, Such As The Communications Decency Act And The Eu’s General Data Protection Regulation.
Experience In Data Analysis And Investigation: This Role Requires A Strong Background In Data Analysis And Investigation Techniques. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Proficient In Tools Such As Sql, Excel, And Tableau, And Have Experience Conducting Complex Investigations Into Abusive Behavior On Online Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Sr. Anti Abuse Analyst, You Will Need To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Legal, Product, And Trust And Safety.
