Conduct regular maintenance and repair of industrial systems and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with manufacturing processes and equipment, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance and repair activities, including equipment logs and maintenance reports.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of manufacturing systems and processes.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry best practices to enhance manufacturing processes and equipment.
Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and knowledge in industrial systems and processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, and assist in implementing new protocols as needed.

Job Qualifications
Ability To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings, Schematics, And Manuals.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Manufacturing Technician Role.
Proficiency In Using Various Hand And Power Tools, As Well As Specialized Equipment For Troubleshooting And Repair.
Strong Understanding Of Industrial Safety Protocols And Procedures.
Familiarity With Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs) And Other Control Systems.
