Provide exceptional customer service to all customers by greeting and assisting them with their needs.
Promote and sell Under Armor products to customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Maintain a neat and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the brand and its products to effectively communicate with customers.
Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
Continuously educate oneself on new products, technologies, and sales techniques.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels and completing inventory checks as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, returns, and exchanges.

Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Sales Role, Is Essential For A Seasonal Sales Associate At Under Armor. This Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Customer Service And Sales Techniques.
Knowledge Of Athletic Apparel: Under Armor Specializes In Athletic Apparel, So A Strong Understanding Of Their Products And How They Are Used In Different Sports And Activities Is Important.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Sales Associate, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Customers Is Crucial. This Includes Being Able To Listen To Customer Needs, Explain Product Features, And Provide Recommendations.
Flexibility And Adaptability: Seasonal Sales Associates At Under Armor Must Be Able To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Adapt To Changing Situations, Such As New Product Releases Or Store Promotions.
