Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
Lead and develop a team of retail associates, providing training, coaching, and feedback to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for all employees.
Utilize strong visual merchandising skills to ensure the store is visually appealing and product is properly displayed.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
Collaborate with other store supervisors and upper management to share best practices and improve overall store performance.
Assist with recruitment and hiring of new team members.
Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform decision making.
Perform other duties as assigned by upper management.

Job Qualifications
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management Or Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Sports Or Athletic Apparel Store.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Develop A Team Of Sales Associates.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Under Armor Products, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Educate Customers On The Brand.
Excellent Customer Service Skills With The Ability To Handle And Resolve Customer Complaints And Concerns.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Inventory, Schedule Shifts, And Meet Sales Targets.
