Oversee and manage daily operations of the retail store.
Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Lead by example and set high standards for customer service and sales.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Create and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.
Collaborate with other store supervisors and management to ensure consistency across all stores.
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure store appearance and merchandising meets company standards.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, security, and loss prevention.
Maintain and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement.
Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on store performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and provide suggestions for new products and services.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
