Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of items received.
Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor, following company guidelines and standards.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management.
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring merchandise is easily accessible and properly labeled.
Assist with visual merchandising and store layout changes to optimize product presentation and sales.
Collaborate with sales associates and management to identify and fulfill customer needs.
Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory audits as needed.
Accurately label and price merchandise according to company guidelines.
Follow safety and security procedures to protect company assets and prevent loss.
Assist with customer service duties, such as answering questions and directing customers to desired products.
Continuously strive to improve processes and increase efficiency in stock management.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and company initiatives.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers and fellow employees.
Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Or Stockroom Experience: A Seasonal Stock Associate At Under Armor Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Setting Or Working In A Stockroom Environment. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With Inventory Management And Stocking Procedures.
Physical Stamina: The Role Of A Seasonal Stock Associate Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring Frequent Lifting, Carrying, And Standing For Long Periods. Candidates Should Possess The Physical Stamina To Handle The Demands Of The Job.
Attention To Detail: Stock Associates Are Responsible For Ensuring The Accuracy Of Inventory And Proper Placement Of Products On The Sales Floor. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Prevent Errors And Maintain The Store’s Organization And Visual Standards.
