Provide exceptional customer service: As a Sales Teammate, it is your responsibility to ensure that every customer who enters our store feels welcomed and valued. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and address their needs effectively.
Promote and sell Under Armor products: Your main responsibility will be to promote and sell our athletic apparel and footwear to customers. This includes having a thorough knowledge of our products, their features and benefits, and the ability to convey this information to customers.
Achieve sales goals: We have set sales targets that we expect our Sales Teammates to meet and exceed. You will be responsible for driving sales and meeting these goals through your interactions with customers and your ability to close sales.
Stay updated on industry trends: To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the retail industry and stay updated on the latest industry trends, including new products, competitors, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with team members: As a team player, you will be expected to work closely with your team members to achieve common goals. This includes collaborating on sales strategies, sharing product knowledge, and supporting each other on the sales floor.
Maintain store appearance: You will be responsible for keeping the store neat, organized, and visually appealing. This includes restocking products, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store.
Meet and greet customers: A welcoming and friendly demeanor is essential to this role. You will be responsible for greeting customers as they enter the store, engaging with them, and providing assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints: In this role, you will encounter various customer inquiries and complaints. It is your responsibility to address these in a timely and professional manner, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on company policies and procedures: As a member of the Under Armor team, it is your responsibility to stay updated on company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
