  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers who enter the store.
  2. Contribute to the success of the brand by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  3. Serve as a brand ambassador by educating customers on the Under Armor brand and its products.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and their features to assist customers with their purchases.
  5. Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers by greeting them and offering assistance.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is properly stocked and organized.
  7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and potential customers.
  9. Attend and participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and conduct.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Contribute to a positive and productive team dynamic.
  13. Represent Under Armor in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Actively seek out and implement feedback from supervisors and managers.
