Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service by understanding and addressing their needs and concerns.
Promote and sell Under Armor’s high-performance athletic wear to customers.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the products and their features to effectively assist customers.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with merchandise at all times.
Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Continuously learn about new products and updates to provide accurate information to customers.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic to contribute to a positive team dynamic.

Job Qualifications
At Least 1 Year Of Retail Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In Sales. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Understand And Meet Customers’ Needs And Effectively Promote Products.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Seasonal Sales Teammate, The Candidate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For Building Rapport With Customers And Promoting The Brand Effectively.
Flexible Availability: This Role Requires A Minimum Of 16 Hours Per Week, With A Possibility Of Additional Hours During Peak Seasons. Candidates Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Able To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed.
