Stock and organize merchandise: Responsible for receiving and unpacking merchandise, stocking shelves and racks, and organizing products according to company standards.
Monitor inventory levels: Keep track of inventory levels and notify management when supplies are running low. Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed.
Maintain store cleanliness: Keep the store clean and organized, including the stockroom and backroom areas. Ensure all products are neatly displayed and in their designated locations.
Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer questions, provide product recommendations, and handle customer inquiries and concerns.
Follow safety procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and effective stock management and customer service.
Follow company policies and procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to merchandise handling, theft prevention, and customer service.
Meet productivity goals: Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity goals set by management.
Stay informed about products: Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including features, benefits, and availability, to assist customers and make recommendations.
