Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases.
Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of Under Armor products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Continuously meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing a personalized shopping experience.
Utilize effective selling techniques to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and company updates to effectively communicate with customers and make recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s POS system.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and to achieve overall store goals.
Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including inventory control and loss prevention measures.
Provide feedback and suggestions to management regarding customer needs, product requests, and store improvements.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Under Armor brand in a positive manner.
Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Associate At Under Armor Must Possess Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Promote The Brand’s Products.
Prior Retail Experience: Previous Experience In A Retail Environment, Particularly In Sales, Is Highly Preferred For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Customer Service, And Cash Handling Procedures.
Passion For Fitness And Sports: Under Armor Is A Brand That Caters To Athletes And Fitness Enthusiasts, So A Sales Associate Should Have A Genuine Interest In And Knowledge Of Sports And Fitness To Effectively Sell The Products.
