Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
Promote and represent the Under Armor brand by showcasing product knowledge and enthusiasm for sports and fitness.
Assist customers in finding the perfect products for their needs, including sizing, fit, and style recommendations.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and making personalized recommendations.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
Continuously educate yourself on new products, trends, and industry knowledge to better serve customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
Represent the Under Armor brand in a positive and professional manner at all times.
