Ensure all merchandise is received, unpacked, and properly organized on the sales floor in a timely manner
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or discrepancies to management
Maintain visual standards for product placement and presentation, following company guidelines
Restock and replenish merchandise as needed throughout the day to ensure a full and visually appealing sales floor
Assist with inventory control by accurately counting and recording stock levels
Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Follow safety and security procedures to prevent loss and theft of merchandise
Assist customers with locating products and providing information on merchandise when needed
Keep stock room and back storage areas organized and clean to ensure easy access to merchandise
Assist in setting up and executing store promotions and events
Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay informed on product knowledge and store policies
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards for customer service and store operations.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Or Stockroom Experience: A Stock Associate Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment Or In A Stockroom Setting. This Will Ensure They Have A Basic Understanding Of Inventory Management, Stocking Procedures, And Customer Service.
Strong Organizational Skills: Stock Associates Are Responsible For Keeping The Stockroom Organized And Ensuring Inventory Is Properly Labeled And Stored. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
Physical Stamina: This Role May Involve Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, As Well As Being On Your Feet For Extended Periods Of Time. Therefore, Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
