Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote Under Armor products.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of sports and fitness products and trends to effectively assist customers in making purchasing decisions.

Keep up to date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and informative product recommendations to customers.

Utilize company tools and resources to efficiently process transactions and manage inventory.

Job Qualifications
Excellent Communication Skills: A Sales Teammate At Under Armor Should Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Team Members.
Sales Experience: Prior Experience In Retail Sales Or Customer Service Is Preferred For This Role. A Sales Teammate Should Be Comfortable With Pitching Products, Upselling, And Meeting Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: A Good Understanding Of Under Armor’s Product Line, Including Features And Benefits, Is Important For A Sales Teammate. This Knowledge Will Help Them To Recommend The Right Products To Customers.
