Organize and restock merchandise in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor at all times.
Communicate with team members and management regarding inventory levels and restocking needs.
Accurately count and record inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Assist with receiving and processing shipments of new merchandise.
Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged and labeled.
Assist with floor moves and visual merchandising changes as needed.
Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent loss and maintain a safe working environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with customer inquiries and requests.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly stockroom and sales floor goals.
Uphold company values and represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.
Maintain a strong understanding of current and upcoming product lines, as well as any promotions or sales.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s mission and products.
Take initiative to identify and suggest improvements for stockroom and sales floor organization and processes.

Prior Experience In Retail Or Stockroom Operations Preferred, But Not Required.
