Maintain inventory levels: The Stock Associate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking inventory levels to ensure that the store has adequate stock at all times.
Organize merchandise: The Stock Associate will be responsible for organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom, including restocking shelves, hanging and folding clothing, and arranging displays.
Ensure an exceptional shopping experience: The Stock Associate will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized store and assisting customers with finding products.
Collaborate with team members: The Stock Associate will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes communicating any inventory or stocking needs to team members and assisting with customer service as needed.
Physical tasks: This role will require physical tasks such as lifting and carrying boxes, pushing and pulling merchandise carts, and standing for extended periods of time.
Attention to detail: The Stock Associate must have a keen eye for detail to ensure that the store is well-stocked and organized at all times. This includes checking for any damaged or missing merchandise and reporting it to management.
Positive attitude: As a representative of Under Armor, the Stock Associate must maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the brand, products, and customers.
Seasonal role: This is a seasonal position, and the Stock Associate must be able to commit to the designated time period, which may include weekends and holidays.
