Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, representing the Under Armor brand in a positive and professional manner.
Utilize strong sales skills to promote and sell Under Armor products to customers.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Under Armor products and their features, benefits, and uses.
Assist with merchandising and restocking of products to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Stay up-to-date on current industry trends, products, and competitors to better inform and assist customers.
Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store sales goals and objectives.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and backroom area.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety protocols.
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Support and promote company values and mission statement.
Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards the Under Armor brand and products.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Previous Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In Sales, Is Highly Desired For This Position. This Experience Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Sales Techniques And The Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: Familiarity With Under Armor’s Products And Brand Is Important For A Seasonal Sales Associate In Order To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Recommendations.
Flexibility And Availability: Due To The Seasonal Nature Of This Job, Candidates Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed.
