Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Under Armor store at Bataviastad location.
Ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently by monitoring inventory levels, maintaining visual standards, and managing customer service.
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Train and develop new and existing staff on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and meet company goals.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Assist in scheduling and managing employee shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
Monitor and track store performance, analyze sales data, and provide reports to the Store Manager.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment for employees and customers.
Act as a role model for the team by displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
Support the Store Manager in any other tasks or projects as needed.
