In this part-time role, you will work 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule. As a Minijobber, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and providing exceptional customer service. Perform daily tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store, such as restocking, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the brand and its products to effectively communicate with customers and promote sales.
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies to accurately process transactions and assist customers with their purchases.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment and contribute to the achievement of team goals.
Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers and utilizing effective selling techniques.
