Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered by Walgreens.
Assist customers in locating products and making purchase decisions.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Handle cash and credit card transactions following proper cash handling procedures.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals and sales targets.
Stay up-to-date with current promotions, policies, and procedures.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate manager if necessary.
Actively listen to customer feedback and make suggestions for improving the customer experience.
Continuously maintain a professional and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues.
Follow all safety and security guidelines to ensure a safe working and shopping environment.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the store manager.
