Lead and oversee the Strategic Industries, Motions & Methodologies team to ensure successful execution of initiatives and achievement of growth targets
Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives
Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in key industries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and adoption of new technologies and solutions
Provide strategic guidance and direction to team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Manage and develop a high-performing team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to drive business opportunities and partnerships
Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and stay ahead of the curve
Develop and manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful execution of initiatives
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and showcase our innovative solutions
Continuously monitor and evaluate the success of initiatives and make adjustments as needed to drive optimal results.
