They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Designing, Developing, And Implementing Complex Salesforce Solutions.
Leadership And Management Skills: As A Principal Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership And Management Skills To Oversee A Team Of Engineers And Guide Them In The Development And Maintenance Of Salesforce Systems.
