Provide excellent customer service to clients by greeting them warmly and making them feel welcome in our salon.
Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences, and recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and products.
Perform a variety of hair services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Stay up-to-date on current hair trends, techniques, and products in order to provide clients with the latest and most innovative services.
Maintain a clean and organized work station, and follow all salon sanitation and safety guidelines to ensure a healthy and safe environment for clients and staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and actively promote our salon and services to attract new clients.
Collaborate with other stylists and team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.
Meet and exceed sales and service goals, and actively participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive business and increase revenue.
Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and growth, and actively participate in training and education programs offered by the salon.
Adhere to all JCPenney policies and procedures, and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As A Licensed Hair Stylist.
Extensive Knowledge Of Hair Cutting And Styling Techniques, Including Experience With Diverse Hair Types And Textures.
Strong Customer Service Skills And Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients To Understand And Fulfill Their Hair Needs.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Clients And Appointments.
Knowledge Of Current Hair Trends And Products, As Well As Ability To Provide Recommendations And Advice To Clients.
