Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Assist customers in finding and selecting products in the specialty departments, using expert knowledge and understanding of current fashion trends.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing department to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
Actively engage in suggestive selling techniques to increase sales and meet department goals.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Educate customers on current promotions, sales, and special events happening in the store.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Attend training and development sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and selling techniques.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention measures.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a friendly and productive work environment.
Complete tasks as assigned by the department manager to ensure the smooth operation of the specialty department.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
