Greet and welcome customers to the JCPenney beauty department with a friendly and positive attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers’ needs and concerns.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge and expertise in various beauty products, including makeup, skincare, and fragrances.
Assist customers in finding products that best suit their individual needs and preferences.
Educate customers on the features and benefits of different products and make recommendations based on their skin type, color, and personal style.
Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on assistance to customers to showcase the effectiveness and ease of use of certain products.
Keep up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques in order to provide customers with the most current and relevant information.
Maintain a clean and organized beauty department, including restocking products and ensuring all testers are sanitized and available for customer use.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Attend regular training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay informed about new products and promotions.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the JCPenney brand with integrity and enthusiasm.
Communicate customer feedback and requests to management in order to improve the overall shopping experience.
