Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
Act as a brand ambassador for JCPenney, promoting our values and mission to customers.
Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to drive sales and meet commission goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including maintaining visual displays and merchandising products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and follow-up communication.
Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on current home trends and products in order to effectively assist customers and make sales.
Meet and exceed sales expectations while providing excellent customer service.
Actively seek out and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Follow company policies and procedures, including adhering to safety and security guidelines.
Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay informed about new products and promotions.
Maintain accurate records of sales and commission earnings.

Job Qualifications
Excellent Customer Service Skills: The Home Commission Associate Should Have Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Jcpenney Customers.
Knowledge Of Home Products: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Home Products Such As Furniture, Bedding, And Home Décor. The Candidate Should Have Experience In This Industry And Be Able To Provide Product Recommendations To Customers.
Sales Experience: The Home Commission Associate Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales In The Home Department. Previous Sales Experience, Preferably In A Retail Setting, Is A Must For This Role.
Strong Organizational Skills: This Position Requires The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Handle Multiple Customer Interactions And Tasks Simultaneously.
