Perform a variety of esthetic services including but not limited to facials, waxing, and makeup application in a professional and timely manner.
Consult with clients to determine their individual skin care needs and make appropriate recommendations for services and products.
Educate clients on proper skin care routines and provide tips and advice for maintaining healthy skin.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and in working condition.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques in order to provide the best possible services to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and personalized care.
Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting and selling JCPenney’s beauty and skin care products.
Collaborate with other salon team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
Schedule and manage appointments, handle client inquiries, and maintain accurate records of services provided.
Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients and team members.
Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Contribute to a positive and professional salon culture by being a team player and promoting a supportive and inclusive environment.
Adhere to JCPenney’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, punctuality, and attendance.
Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall client experience at JCPenney salons.

Job Qualifications
Valid Esthetician License: Candidates For This Position Must Possess A Valid Esthetician License Issued By The State In Which They Will Be Working.
Knowledge Of Skincare And Beauty Products: Applicants Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Different Skincare And Beauty Products, As Well As Their Uses And Benefits.
Experience In Facials And Waxing: Prior Experience Performing Facials And Waxing Services Is Required For This Role.
Strong Customer Service Skills: A Salon Esthetician Should Have Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills In Order To Provide A Positive Experience For Clients.
Attention To Detail: Attention To Detail Is Crucial In This Role, As Estheticians Must Be Able To Carefully Perform Treatments And Maintain A Clean And Sanitary Work Environment.
