Participate in on-the-job training and shadowing experienced stylists to learn new techniques, styles, and trends.
Assist senior stylists with client consultations, assessments, and recommending appropriate services.
Attend and participate in educational workshops and trainings to further develop skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and organized work station and assist with general salon upkeep.
Follow established salon procedures and protocols, including proper sanitation and safety measures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Continuously seek feedback and guidance from senior stylists to improve skills and performance.
Stay updated on current beauty and fashion trends and incorporate them into services and recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
Adhere to JCPenney’s brand standards and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and growing within the company.
Adhere to scheduling and attendance policies to ensure efficient salon operations.
Assist with salon promotions and events to attract new clients and maintain existing ones.
