Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist customers in finding and trying on merchandise, providing fashion advice and styling tips.
Maintain a knowledgeable understanding of current fashion trends and JCPenney products.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized selling floor, including restocking merchandise and arranging displays.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
Attend training sessions and keep updated on product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
Utilize sales techniques to meet and exceed personal and department sales goals.
