Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability of the beauty department.
Oversee the hiring, training, and scheduling of beauty department team members.
Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers by providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve department goals.
Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing beauty department by managing inventory and product displays.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new products, and competitors to ensure the beauty department remains competitive.
Collaborate with other department managers to create cross-selling opportunities and improve overall store performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with beauty vendors and negotiate pricing and promotions.
Plan and execute beauty events and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
Manage department budget and expenses.
Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Proficient In Sales Techniques And Able To Drive Sales And Meet Financial Goals For The Beauty Department.
