Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to further the mission and goals of the university
Oversee all academic programs and ensure their alignment with university standards and values
Lead and supervise faculty and staff members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth
Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment for students, promoting their academic, personal, and spiritual development
Collaborate with other university departments and external partners to enhance the university’s reputation and resources
Manage the university’s budget and resources effectively and ethically
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in higher education, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation
Serve as a role model for students and staff, embodying the university’s values and promoting a culture of integrity and excellence
Engage with students and their families, fostering relationships and addressing any concerns or needs
Represent the university at conferences, events, and other public forums, promoting its mission and accomplishments.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In Higher Education Or A Related Field.
Master’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Higher Education Administration, Business Management, Or Finance.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Program Development, Implementation, And Evaluation.
Strong Communication, Interpersonal, And Organizational Skills.
Familiarity With The Mission, Values, And Principles Of Asuza Pacific University.
