Perform plunge and sinker EDM operations to produce high-quality products according to company standards.
Set up and operate EDM machines efficiently and accurately.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure precision and quality.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine machining methods and sequences.
Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the machines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members and engineers to continuously improve processes and products.
Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Train and mentor junior machinists as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in machining technology.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience Operating And Programming Plunge/Sinker Edm Machines.
Proficiency In Reading And Interpreting Engineering Drawings And Specifications.
Extensive Knowledge Of Cnc Machining Principles And Techniques.
Ability To Troubleshoot And Perform Maintenance On Plunge/Sinker Edm Machines.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work With Tight Tolerances.
