Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to Canon.
Actively source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition to advise on recruitment strategies and salary benchmarks.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely communication and a smooth candidate experience.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
Represent Canon at job fairs, career exhibitions, and other recruitment events.
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.

Keep abreast of legal requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Networking, And Candidate Evaluation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates.
Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
