Perform shipping and receiving duties accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all products are properly packaged and labeled for shipping.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and prioritize shipments.
Utilize various shipping software and systems to generate shipping labels, invoices, and other shipping documents.
Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Process and record all shipment transactions in the company’s database.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks and containers.
Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with shipments, such as delays or damages.
Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations while handling and transporting products.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for shipping and receiving.
Train and mentor new team members as needed.
Communicate any issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all shipping and receiving activities.

Job Qualifications
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Shipping/Receiving Or Distribution Role, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Medical Device Environment.
Proficient Computer Skills, Including Experience With Inventory Management Systems And Shipping Software.
Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Detail-Oriented With Excellent Attention To Accuracy And Quality Control.
Knowledge Of Safety Regulations And Procedures Related To Shipping, Handling, And Storage Of Hazardous Materials.
