Overseeing and managing the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Maintaining an organized and efficient system for tracking and managing inventory levels.
Collaborating with various departments to ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Troubleshooting any issues or discrepancies with shipments and finding solutions in a timely manner.
Communicating with customers regarding order status and providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining records and documentation of all shipments and deliveries.
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Adhering to all safety and compliance regulations in regards to shipping and distribution.
Training and providing guidance to new team members on shipping and receiving processes.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Assisting in other areas of the distribution department as needed.
Maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Education Is Required For This Position, With Emphasis On Math And Basic Computer Skills.
Relevant Experience: Prior Experience In Shipping/Receiving And Distribution Is Preferred, With Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems And Logistics Processes.
Attention To Detail: The Ability To Accurately Process And Track Shipments, Follow Detailed Instructions, And Maintain Organized Records Is Crucial For This Role.
Physical Fitness: This Position May Require Frequent Lifting And Moving Of Heavy Packages, As Well As Standing For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Must Be Physically Capable Of Handling These Tasks.
Communication Skills: Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential For This Job, As The Associate Technician Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Vendors, Customers, And Internal Teams Regarding Shipping And Receiving Processes.
