In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of our logistics processes while also utilizing your analytical skills to provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Coordinate all aspects of the company’s logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
Monitor and analyze data related to logistics operations, including inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery times.
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs.
Prepare and present reports and presentations to upper management, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, production, and purchasing, to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all logistics activities, including invoices, bills of lading, and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor new team members on logistics processes and systems.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and make recommendations for implementation.
Handle any other tasks or projects related to logistics and data analysis as assigned by manager.

Job Qualifications
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics Coordination And/Or Mis Analysis.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Excel, Tableau, Or Power Bi.
Familiarity With Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Wms, And The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
