Provide technical expertise and support to customers on Beckman Coulter’s products and technologies.
Deliver training and educational sessions to customers on the proper use and maintenance of instruments and systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted partner to customers, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in life sciences to effectively communicate and promote Beckman Coulter’s products and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to support product launches and promotions.
Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, including training sessions and troubleshooting reports.
Act as a brand ambassador for Beckman Coulter, promoting our values and commitment to excellence in the scientific community.
Continuously improve and update training materials and resources to ensure customers receive the most up-to-date information.
Represent Beckman Coulter at industry events and conferences, networking with customers and showcasing our products and technologies.
Travel to customer sites as needed to provide on-site support, training, and troubleshooting.
Stay compliant with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Life Sciences Or Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In The Life Sciences Is Essential For This Role, As The Field Application Specialist Will Be Responsible For Providing Technical Support And Training To Customers On Beckman Coulter Products.
Prior Experience In Clinical Diagnostics Or Biomedical Instrumentation: A Deep Understanding Of The Clinical Diagnostics Market And Experience Working With Biomedical Instruments Is Highly Valued For This Position. This Will Enable The Specialist To Effectively Troubleshoot And Provide Solutions To Customers.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Field Application Specialist, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building Relationships With Customers And Providing Effective Training And Support. Fluency In Both English And Italian Is Preferred.
Ability To Work Independently And Travel Extensively: This Role Requires The Specialist To Travel Frequently To Customer Sites, Often Working Independently. Therefore, Self-Motivation And The Ability To Work Autonomously Are Important Qualifications For This Position.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Field Application Specialist Will Be Responsible For Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues For Customers. Therefore, Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills Are Necessary To Effectively Diagnose And Solve Problems In A Timely Manner.
