Develop and improve production processes for cutting-edge reagents.
Ensure that the production processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Conduct thorough analysis and testing of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Manage and maintain production equipment, ensuring proper functionality and efficiency.
Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality materials for production.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in production technology.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff.
Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that new products are designed with optimal production processes in mind.
Collaborate with the quality team to ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
Provide regular reports and updates on production processes and improvements to management.
Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Production Or Manufacturing.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Production Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Diagnostics Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Methods.
Experience With Production Planning And Scheduling, As Well As Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements For Medical Devices, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.
