Develop and implement operational excellence strategies and initiatives for automation products in the APAC region.
Lead and manage a team of professionals to drive process optimization and continuous improvement efforts.
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and implementation of operational excellence initiatives.
Conduct regular training and communication sessions to educate and engage employees in operational excellence initiatives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive operational excellence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation to continuously improve processes and products.
Provide regular reports and updates on the progress and impact of operational excellence initiatives.
Monitor and manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
